Hermie’s story

Hermie has lived in Portsmouth since 2000 and is originally from the Philippines. It has always been her passion to see the people of God manifest Christ in ways that bless those around them. She has been part of Restoration House from the beginning . As part of the Core Leadership Team, she pastors Restoration House Portsmouth and oversees Restoration House Philippines. She is also involved with One Body Portsmouth and participates in city-wide prayer initiatives. In addition, she maintains connections with several churches in her hometown in the Philippines, where she helps, supports, and encourages believers during her visits to the country.

Restoration House in Portsmouth is a community of people who gather with a  passion to grow deeper in our relationship with Jesus Christ. Through this relationship, we come  to know God as our Father receiving and experiencing His love that brings healing, deliverance and restoration to our destiny and purpose in life. 

We believe that relationship is more important than function, that as we live led by the Holy Spirit we will be able to do what He would do, blessing  and releasing many around us.  For we can only give what we receive and that our doing comes out of our being. It is our desire to continue growing  in  our love for God and in loving others. 

We meet every Sunday at Stacey Community Centre from 1500- 1700,
