For the advancement of the Kingdom and to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church by gathering Eph. 4 leaders who (as in Malachi 3:16), are “those who feared the Lord talked together and the Lord listened”.

• Malachi 316 gatherings began following a challenge and vision from the Lord to provide a place and context for dialogue with those who have apostolic or strategic influence in the UK church.

• Invitation to the gatherings is by relationship, recognised Eph 4 gift, openness to mutually build up, and to encourage and challenge one another in our personal and Kingdom spheres.

• The development of regional gatherings with a network of communication and information sharing across regions that provide an awareness of diverse perspectives and challenges facing leaders in the UK body of Christ.

• Recognising and understanding the Apostolic and Prophetic foundational servant/leader authority in the church.

• Listening, understanding and exploring different perspectives and contributions of others.

• Championing, strengthening and empowering one another.

• Having the same mind as Christ – Philippians 2.

• Maintaining a safe context for discussion which is open to question, addition and development.

• Submitting to one another in the fear of the Lord.

• Recognising and honouring the diversity and differences among us and the value of coming together.

• The gatherings are in person or online.  They provide an opportunity to explore various topics, issues and to hear the Lord together.

• The gatherings support and champion one another through dialogue shaped by the Eph 4 gifts ,with prayer, prophetic insight and practical action. 

• The gatherings provide online and in-person opportunities to grow relationally, dialogue respectfully, receive apostolic and prophetic awareness of the growth, development and challenges facing the church today.
